Electric bikes work in the same way as regular pedal bikes but they provide some assistance when cycling uphill and over long distances. Eight electric bikes are available in various styles and sizes which are perfect for mixed-ability groups or family cycles.
E-bike hire is available from April to November and bikes can be collected and dropped off at the Loch Ness Hub, Main Car Park, Drumnadrochit, IV63 6TX.
Proof of identification and a pre-authorised deposit are required for all e-bike hires. ***We suggest 14 years and over for our eBikes but we reserve the right to adjust either side of this based on height & capability of cyclist – or decline bike hire for safety reasons after evaluation on site.***
