Please note that we do not provide kids seats for our e-bikes.
No, the e-bikes are easy to ride and suitable for all fitness levels. The pedal-assist technology makes cycling effortless, even for those who haven’t biked in years.
Our team can provide route maps and suggestions based on your interests, fitness level, and available time. Options include scenic country roads, forest trails, Highland villages, and stunning viewpoints over Loch Ness.
You can hire an e-bike for as long or as little as you like. Our set times/prices are as follows:
2 Hours: £30
4 Hours: £45
6 Hours: £60
While walk-ins are welcome, we do recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons.
Yes, riders must be at least 14 years old to hire and ride an e-bike in accordance with UK regulations.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes, water, sunscreen, and a camera to capture the stunning scenery.
You’ll be given an emergency contact number for support should you encounter any issues during your trip.
Customers can receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours’ notice. If we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will also receive a full refund. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Your e-bike will be ready for collection at the Loch Ness Hub. Our friendly team will assist you with bike setup, safety guidance, and route planning.
